His Divine Holiness Acharya Swamishree, sants and disciples visited Center Parcs in Cumbria, on the 29th June 2009 for a five day Yatra.

Acharya Swamishree, sants and a small group of disciples left from Shree Swaminarayan Mandir – Bolton towards Center Parcs in Whinfell Forest Village, Cumbria, located at the edge of the Lake District, situated amongst stunning and scenic pine forests. The weather throughout the Yatra could not have been better with warm sunshine and blue skies almost throughout the visit.

Every morning, Mangla Aarti and daily morning niyams were performed inside Acharya Swamishree's apartment. And every evening, sabha (assembly) was held inside Acharya Swamishree's apartment.

On the third day during the late afternoon, Acharya Swamishree, sants, and disciples took part in a small rally around Center Parcs. Acharya Swamishree and a few sants sat on a horse drawn carriage, whilst the remaining sants, and disciples following on their bicycles or walked briskly. Many visitors to Center Parcs were fortunate to have the darshan of Lord Swaminarayanbapa Swamibapa, and Acharya Swamishree.

On the third evening, there was a special evening sabha held in the pine forest clearing, just outside Acharya Swamishree's apartment. Other Center Parcs visitors staying within the apartment complex joined in the evening sabha, and were fortunate to have the divine darshan and blessings of Acharya Swamishree. The evening prasad was water melon and barbecued sweet corn. Just as the evening assembly was drawing to an end, the sky was overcast and the clouds could wait no longer. It rained for the first time during the entire yatra.

During the yatra, sants and disciples took part in a wide range of activities including archery, quad biking, tree trekking, zip wire, high wire, paint balling, laser combat, rock climbing, ten pin bowling and swimming. On many occasions, Acharya Swamishree, sants and disciples rode on bicycles and cycled around the park.

The yatra was very peaceful and tranquil. There was a good range and variety of activities for all and everyone had a very memorable and relaxing yatra.

By the divine grace of Acharya Swamishree hundreds of people and animals, had the divine darshan of Lord Swaminarayanbapa Swamibapa. Numerous people were attracted to Acharya Swamishree; each was offered divine Prasad and personally blessed by Acharya Swamishree.
